Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products should be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Jasvirkaurbhatia999@gmail.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Jasvirkaurbhatia999@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at Jasvirkaurbhatia999@gmail.com.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
